Dr Konstantinos Andrikopoulos received his BSc from the Physics Department/Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) and his MSc as well as his PhD from the Chemical Engineering Department/ University of Patras. He worked in the “Ormylia” Art Diagnosis Centre as a researcher – responsible for the Spectroscopic department. Afterwards, he worked as a research fellow and a senior Research fellow in the Polytechnic School (AUTh) and in the Foundation for Research and Technology, Hellas, Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences (FORTH/ICEHT) respectively. His research interests involve applied spectroscopy, non-destructive characterization of materials and in-situ structural studies mainly of nano-structured materials and polymers at extreme conditions (high/low temperature, high pressure) and/or controlled environments.
